Laude was founded in 2014 by Carly Burson, driven by a desire to utilize her years of experience in the fashion industry as a platform to meaningfully employ and empower women worldwide. Laude partners with global artisans to create heirloom quality clothing with sustainable materials and practices at the forefront. Laude's style is classic and timeless, creating pieces you will want to wear for a lifetime.
Production

Laude produces their collections in woman-owned or co-owned facilities in Peru and India that are 3rd party audited and certified. These independent third parties ensure that labor practices comply with workers’ rights, including wages, health and safety, discrimination, freedom of association, and child labor.
Ethos

Laude believes in leading with a humane approach where the earth and the makers are valued equally to the customer. Laude's mission is to support women-identifying individuals through safe working conditions, living wages, education and training, equal opportunities for advancement in the workplace, and representation in leadership. Laude prioritizes lessening their environmental footprint by using low-impact dyes and organic natural fibers.
