Founded in Australia in 2015 by Creative Director and Designer Katie Kolodinski, Silk Laundry crafts ready-to-wear luxury clothing with purpose, prioritizing design through artisanal craftsmanship and natural, low-impact materials. Obsessed with slip dresses from her teen years in the 90s, Katie launched the brand with the now iconic 90s Slip Dress. Choosing silk for its durability and natural lifecycle, Katie wanted to create a brand that combined conscious living with luxury staples.
