Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of items purchased at full-price that meet the following requirements:
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refund.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received – unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Anything purchased on sale is final sale and ineligible for return.
- Gift cards and beauty products are ineligible for return.
To request a return, log in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order. Click "request return" under the applicable order. We will review your request and if your return qualifies under our policy, we will approve it. If you are a US customer, we will send you a return label.
If you use our return label, a return shipping cost of $15 will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. If your return is over $100 in value, we recommend you purchase a shipping label with insurance for the full value of the package from UPS.
Damage & Other Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
